Ignatius Prno Biography

Doc. Ing. Ignác Prno, CSc. was born on March 3 in Nemšová into a peasant family. He attended an eight-year grammar school in Trencin.

For political reasons, he only got into college through employment. In 1959 he graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering in Bratislava and in 1982 he defended his candidate dissertation at VŠLD in Zvolen, thanks to which he was awarded a CSc. In 1994 he received an associate degree for economics and ranking at the University of Economics in Brno.
