Part 4 of the series „Mental Health at the Workplace“ aims at entrepreneurs and executives who, for various reasons, have decided to deal with the subject of „mental workload and strains“ and who wish to contribute towards the health of their employees. In a first step you would like to gather an overview, initially without expert consultation (for orientation) of the influences that have a mental effect on your employees. You would like to begin immediately. However, you are still unsure on how to proceed. This brochure introduces you to a selection of orientating procedures from Austria, Switzerland and Germany, which are successfully applied in the respective countries.
