Christian Picciolini

Christian Picciolini, a former violent extremist, now works as a television producer, speaker, author, and peace advocate. After leaving the extremist movement he helped create in the 1980s and 90s, he has dedicated his life to dismantling hate and helping others disengage from extremist circles. His work focuses on extremism prevention and facilitating disengagement through empathy and compassion. Through his books and the global Free Radicals Project network, he shares his extensive knowledge, teaching how to build peace and overcome hate.
