Andrea Stewart, the Chinese American daughter of immigrants, was raised across various locales in the United States. Her parents consistently emphasized science and education, leading her to spend her childhood immersed in Star Trek and library books with peculiar scents. When her undeniably ambitious dreams of becoming a dragon slayer did not materialize, she pivoted to writing books. Now residing in sunny California, she dedicates her time to writing, alongside activities such as herding cats, observing birds, and delving into research rabbit holes.
