Moses, sensing the magnitude of the challenges ahead, knew this and invited Hobab to come with him on the exodus from Egypt. Hobab knew the way and was accustomed to the wilderness. Mentorship is about having a helper in our journey in life, love and leadership. To the mentor, it is an attempt to pass down the experience, wisdom and legacy to the next generation. It is indeed a noble endeavour, yet things often go dreadfully wrong. This book hopes to prevent some of these shipwrecks. It is an attempt to bare our hearts, from our unique perspectives, about the pitfalls of mentorship.

I wrote this book for the multi-gifted, multitalented, and multipotentialite struggling to be effective and productive. In the quest to fulfill purpose, many multi-gifted individuals struggle with their many gifts and wonder how to navigate the multi-gifted 'curse' or 'blessing'. In their bids, many have become the jack of all trade, master of none. I was there, and it wasn't funny. I was praised by many people for my many gifts but for many years I was like that rocking chair, making motion but no progress; I was known for everything and nothing in particular. In this book, I shared proven and effective tips and strategies to help you become effective and productive with your multi-talents. God was intentional about those gifts and talents He gave you but you have to learn how to effectively maximise them for impact, influence, and income.
