Molly Brett Books
Molly Brett was an English illustrator and children's author whose work has enchanted generations of children with its beautifully drawn details, subtle colours, and magical atmosphere. Growing up surrounded by animals and nature, she possessed a gift for rendering her animal characters naturalistic while imbuing them with human characteristics and activities. Her style follows in the tradition of twentieth-century "dressed animal" illustrators. Brett was associated with the Medici Society of London for 60 years, during which time she wrote and illustrated 21 of her own books, and over 500 of her paintings have been published as postcards, greeting cards, and prints.

Molly Brett writes and illustrates a charming story about Paddy Badger who was a little bit rebellious until his mother, Mrs Bossy Badger sorts him out. But she does not do so until after he has been in all sorts of mischief.
