    My name is Jasper Caven, I'm a sports nutrition lecturer and a trained nutritionist. For over 10 years, I have been dealing with everything related to healthy eating. My life's task is to help as many people as possible achieve their dream body.

    After community service in kindergarten, I combined my technical school admissions qualification in social pedagogy with my passion for nutrition and fitness and started studying to become a nutritionist. I finished it in 2014. In addition, I have obtained a dozen licenses for BSA Academy.

    After working as a nutritionist, I moved to a small gym in early 2015 where I offered classes and personal training. At the end of 2015, I helped build a start-up that developed nutrition software and finally switched to full self-employment in January 2016.

    In December 2016, I published my first book: "Nutrition with a Plan", which became a bestseller. Over the next few years, as a lecturer, I wrote study letters for state-certified training courses for nutritionists, as well as two other manuals.

    My book "Hungry Metabolism – How to Get Out of the Weight Loss Trap" was born out of a single idea: How can I reach as many people as possible and make it as easy as possible for them to lose weight? Through this book, I have already been able to help more than 100,000 people achieve their desired weight. I put a lot of work and passion into this book. Thanks to the positive feedback from my community, the work has paid off 100%.

    My mission is still to help as many people as possible to recover and lose weight. I try to offer as much as possible for free and I put all my heart and soul into each of my projects. People often ask me where I get the energy for this. But the positive news that comes to me every day is motivation enough.
