Wolfdietrich Schnurre

This author was an important figure in post-war West German literature. Her prolific output encompasses numerous short stories, novels, tales, diaries, poems, and radio plays. Beginning in the 1960s, she also turned her hand to writing children's books, some of which she illustrated herself, leaving a distinctive mark on the literary landscape.
