Victor, mladý technik, sa zaľúbi do Ingridinej peknej tváričky, očarí ho jej ladná postava a „tie jej nohy!“ Prežívame s ním všetky muky pochybností, či ho bude chcieť, či sa aj on jej zapáči, či mu neodmietne schôdzku. Potom sledujeme, ako sa ich „láska“ rozvíja, rastie telesná príťažlivosť, cez pochybnosti, drobné intrigy, rozčarovanie a zase veľké zanietenie, až po osudový „chybný krok“.
