With 60 large-scale colour illustrations, Maria Zerres places the musician in the spotlight and devotes a very personal homage to this impressive artist. The exhibition, taking place during the 54th Venice Biennale, is a cooperative project between the Brigitte Schenk Gallery in Cologne, which has represented the artist for over fifteen years, and the new foundation of Heiner Friedrich, dasMaximum, in Traunreut, Baveria.
