Jill Barklem Series

Jill Barklem was a British author and illustrator of children's books, most famously known for the Brambly Hedge series. Following an accident in her youth, she dedicated herself to drawing and art, which led to her studying illustration in London. She spent five years on research before beginning her first stories about the mice of Brambly Hedge. Her work is characterized by detailed illustrations and a loving depiction of nature and life within it.
