Pekelis Viktor Book order

Viktor Pekelis was a writer and publicist dedicated to popularizing science. He devoted nearly fifty years to writing about scientific creativity and human potential in relation to science and technology. He was among the first authors in the USSR to explore cybernetics, and his works on the subject achieved significant success, being translated and widely published both domestically and internationally.
