In this manual, photographs demonstrate the best judo techniques in standing position and on the ground. The author has selected the most successful throws from competitions such as the World Championships and Olympic Games. Putting these sequences into a specific order, the judo fighter should be able to improve his individual techniques. Each judo action is composed to sequences of three to six photographs, and the actors are World and European champions and Olympic medallists.
