Dobře vyprávěný napínavý příběh z domu u mokřadu z období kolem roku 1912 s přesahem do druhé pol. 20. stol. Ukazuje, jak v tomto období ženy neměly taková práva a možnosti jako dnes - v tom domě platí, co řekne muž/otec a majitel domu. Ale za mě to není horor. I tak jsem si čtení užil a kniha se četla dobře a rychle.
