One Hour of Fervor

The story explores the profound impact of choices on one's destiny through Haru, a successful Japanese art dealer. Following a brief affair with Maud, a French woman, he learns she is pregnant but faces a heartbreaking ultimatum: any attempt to connect with her or their child will lead to her suicide. Respecting her wishes leaves Haru to grapple with the loss of his daughter, who grows up unaware of his existence. As the years pass, he questions whether it's ever too late to alter the course of their lives.
