Penny rescues a lost letter Sorter called Wishyouwas from a mousetrap at her Uncle's Post Office. Wishyouwas leads Penny to a secret underground world, where small, rat-like and highly intelligent creatures like himself spend their lives secretly gathering, solving and delivering lost letters. When a gang of crooks try to steal the Christmas Post, the Sorters must come into the open and learn to fight - or face certain destruction.
