In the sleepy town of Krailsfelden, Ronald Bender hopes to change his troubled life with a new job as a janitor at an elite boarding school. However, he soon faces a series of unpleasant surprises. The headmaster makes it clear what he thinks of an ex-alcoholic, and some students resort to violence to handle their homework. Yet, these challenges pale in comparison to the dark past of Krailsfelden. As Bender's worst nightmares come to life, he realizes that escaping the rooms of hell is impossible, as every door leads back to where he started.
