Landfall

The story follows Jerry Chambers, a young pilot who inadvertently sinks a British submarine, leading to his reassignment for a perilous mission testing a new bomb. Separated from his beloved Mona, he faces life-threatening challenges while she works tirelessly to exonerate him.
