America has turned to a grim, gray shadow of itself, after a global environmental breakdown and the third world war. A man named Jon and his wife Emily, wander through this post-apocalyptic world, seeking a safe zone. Along the way, they take in two small children, who have become victims of the government experiments to revive humanity. It is a race, to save themselves from the military, and the half dead, who have emerged from the nuclear fallout.
