The Case of the Blind Beetle

A visit to the British Museum leads Maisie to Lord Dacre, who is distraught over the theft of his treasured golden Egyptian scarab beetle. When the artefact reappears on the Thames, it is discovered to be missing its valuable ruby eyes. Tasked with solving the mystery, Maisie embarks on an investigation to uncover the thief and restore the artefact to its rightful glory.
