Love that carries its own magical world with it. Fantastic courts, dragons, and danger as a backdrop for fateful emotions.

I always loved the twilight series and this is the perfect ending for the story. Much better than the movie

Honestly? I think Onyx storm is, by far, the best of the Empyrean series. It's catchy, never boring. I devoured this book in two days. Rebecca Yarros really knows how to keep her readers on their toes and we love her for it.

At first I was like "Wow another typical tiny, weak and independent girl falls in love with the big strong bad guy", but I couldn't put it down after reaching the 100 pages mark. There are a lot of things that I find cringe or cliche, like the unrealistic "I'm to weak for a sword but I'm super fast with daggers" or people keeping swords strapped to their backs, but I can look past that and into the strong bonds and friendships in the story.

This book is a gem. A bit slow but never boring, it gets you savor the exquisite writing of Sarah J. Maas in a slow burn romantasy different from all the others.

This was such a rollercoaster. At first I thought it was silly, but then I couldn't put it down and I finished it all in just a week. Really give this a chance because it starts picking up around chapter 8 or so
