Michael Patrick Finnigan, a New York City cop and US Marshal, and Katalin Fiero Dahar, a soldier, spy, and assassin for Spain, join forces to establish St. Nicholas Salvage & Wrecking, an illegal bounty hunting operation in Cyprus.
