Od časů Přemysla Otakara I. Do nástupu Habsburků (1197 - 1526). Ocitáme se na prahu 13. století. V éře vrcholného feudalismu. Tedy v čase hlubokých proměn společnosti, ekonomiky, životního stylu. Osídlování dosud neobydlených prostor mění tvář české krajiny. Přibývá obdělávané půdy. Nové agrotechnické postupy umocňují její plodnost.
