Questa contraddizione è diventata inaccettabile. This festschrift was produced to honor Dr. Carl Baudenbacher, president of the Court of Justice of the European Free Trade Association and professor at the University of St. Gallen. As a writer, a university teacher, and a judge, Dr. Baudenbacher has helped to shape modern economic law and has exerted influence on its development in Europe and beyond. The four sections of this book - justice/jurisprudence, economic law, business law, and globalization and regionalization - echo Baudenbacher's main fields of interest. The work includes more than 60 articles - written in English, German, and French - by friends and colleagues from all the European Courts and national high courts, academia, competition authorities, the practicing bar, and politics.
