His literary contributions include significant works on Pierre Teilhard de Chardin and extensive philosophical essays exploring existential questions and the search for meaning. Viallet dedicated his later years to spreading the teachings of Soto Zen in Europe, founding Zendo Frankfurt and influencing a generation of students with his profound understanding and devotion.
