Returns and Complaints

1. You have the right to return purchased books within the statutory period of 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.
   All legal information on the right of withdrawal can be found here.
   
2. If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, you can initiate the return process. Simply follow these steps and you’re ready to go:

• Fill out the complaint form. Simply click here.
• We’ll let you know the next steps: After receiving your request, we will contact you immediately.
• Returning the goods: In the event of a return, you will receive a return label by email within 24 hours.
• Packing the books: We ask you to pack the books well and mark the package ‚ZP – REKLAMATION‘.
• The refund will be made according to the payment method you have chosen. Within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, the purchase price will be transferred to the bank account specified by you.

3. If option 2 does not suit you, you can return the goods to our store at your own expense.
