This Soul Dimension of Yoga is new in terms of philosophy and the experience of contemporary culture. Its practice, method and interpretation have not been derived from previously known paths and yet they lead directly into the sensitive, sacred realm of bhakti-, jnana- and karma-yoga. A high, inner self-respect is expressed in this yoga. People can discover the spiritual worlds and in the face of the high truths their souls increase in inner self-confidence and self-respect. But once again it should be emphasised that yoga is not a matter to be organised, something done like any other work. This activity is far more a discipline of the consciousness, which is formed from the spirit, from refined thoughts of truth and sentiments of truth and brings an unerring, consistent and stabilising guidance into life. The soul is experienced in the consciousness when the soul itself recognises the thoughts, perceptions and actions in the light of a spiritual awareness of the truth.

    • Here is a book with a different approach to the many contradictory theories and recommendations about nutrition. It teaches us how to develop a feeling for food and sense its nature for ourselves. The thoughts in these chapters are intended to accompany our own exploration of different foods as we observe them, taste them and build a relationship to them. Instead of overloading our heads with yet more facts, we can open our hearts with a new kind of sensitivity. As we develop our own inner perceptions about nature and the different foods it offers us, our souls are nourished as well as our bodies. The words themselves are food for the soul. On reading them we feel touched in an inner place - a place from which we can feel deep appreciation and gratitude. This is the inner sense of giving. We no longer need to put our own health at the centre but instead can focus on developing a giving relationship to the various foods themselves. As our own inner wisdom grows, the many contradictions which arise from purely scientific thinking can be resolved.

    • This redesigned and extended publication aims to introduce new possibilities for preventing and recovering from illnesses of the chest area. Many may have noticed a decline in the elasticity and mobility of their thoracic spine, leading to stiffness and painful restrictions. The author, Heinz Grill, a spiritual teacher with deep medical knowledge, explores the underlying causes of these symptoms from a spiritual perspective. He emphasizes that the origins of disease are not solely physical, describing how initial weaknesses in the spine can manifest as congestion, blockages, or even serious conditions like heart disease and cancer. Whether dealing with latent issues or manifest illnesses, the text encourages readers to engage with the provided thoughts and exercises to stimulate self-activated development and counteract degenerative tendencies. While this work is not intended to replace medical treatment, it offers valuable insights and practices for effective prevention that should not be underestimated.

Enriching the life and health of the chest area
    • When a person dies, the physical body remains behind as the property of the earth and the astral body or the consciousness lives on further. This consciousness is generally known as the soul, which ultimately passes over into so-called heaven. Heaven, as a rule, is a place which we see as above, or which we assume has a subtle, metaphysical significance. Heaven is a place, which we can perhaps describe as the cosmos, as the sea of stars. It is then the macrocosm. But this heaven is not only above, it also exists in the innermost realm of the human being.
