Law and Market Economy

Focusing on the interplay between law, economics, and Peircian semiotics, this study challenges the conventional divide between efficiency and justice. It emphasizes the significance of creativity in fostering sustainable wealth, arguing that social responsibility is more crucial than mere economic efficiency. Through various examples, classic problems such as rational choice and the Coase Theorem are reinterpreted, offering a fresh perspective on the relationship between law and market economy.
