The Following of the Star

The story follows David Rivers, a missionary in Africa, who meets the intriguing Diana while on sick leave in England. After leading her to faith, Diana proposes a marriage that would secure her inheritance, seeing David as the perfect absent husband. However, as they navigate several Christmases together, Diana unexpectedly falls in love with David, challenging her initial intentions and leading both to a deeper understanding of true, sacrificial love.
