The Ghost Horse

Eddie has seen a lot of horseflesh in his day, but this one is special. The wild Appaloosa stallion is clever, wily and ever elusive, full of untamed spirit. This one, he determines, will be his. But Eddie isn't the only one after the Appaloosa. A rancher named Haskins has lost several of his best mares to this devil horse, and a Hunkpapa medicine man claims the beast is a man-killer. They've also been tracking the animal--to kill it. And they'll kill Eddie too if he gets in their way.
