The scientific monograph develops the new leadership model which brings together the two dimensions of process and relations. Although this model replaces fundamental leadership approaches with an organizational view on the leading process, it does illustrate the interdependences between leadership and various organizational processes. The leadership challenges, organization as system and leaders actions have been studied.
