Richard Chenevix Trench

    September 9, 1807 – March 28, 1886

    Richard Chenevix Trench was an Anglican archbishop and poet. He was recognized as a gifted disciple of Wordsworth, possessing a warmer palette and more pronounced ecclesiastical sympathies than his master.
