Utilizing flight schedule data, it identifies various entry waves and evaluates incumbent strategies aimed at deterring competition. The research also tracks market concentration and structure, concluding that significant structural barriers to entry persist, resulting in an unsatisfactory condition for the market in the post-liberalization era.
