An interdisciplinary approach to invisibility through the lens of the arts and sciences.Picturing the Invisible presents different disciplinary approaches to articulating the invisible, that which is not known or not provable. Material Culture and (Forced) Migration argues that materiality is a fundamental dimension of migration. During journeys of migration, people take things with them, or they lose, find and engage things along the way.
