Focusing on the concept of epistemic injustice, this special issue examines how marginalized groups articulate their experiences amidst hegemonic discourse. It highlights the importance of recognizing and naming previously overlooked injustices. Through various articles, the collection explores the dynamics of epistemic injustice in areas such as transgender identities, racial discrimination, legal retribution, disability, and global inequalities, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of justice and power dynamics.
