The Middle Class or You only live twice

      • 556 pages
      • 20 hours of reading

Examining the hypothesis of the middle class's decline, this study utilizes data from the U.S. and various developed and developing nations. It challenges the notion of the middle class's demise, arguing that the term is misleading, as it denotes a stratum rather than a true class. The book also delves into critical issues of socio-economic inequality, providing insights into both national and global contexts. Through this investigation, it offers a nuanced understanding of social stratification and its implications in contemporary society.
