Kudsi Erguner

    This artist, born in Diyarbakir, launched his musical career in Istanbul in 1969. He delved deeply into researching the roots of Ottoman music, weaving these discoveries into his recordings. Establishing himself in Paris during the seventies, he founded the Mevlana Institute in the early eighties, dedicating himself to teaching classical Sufi thought. His influence extends beyond his own discography, demonstrated through extensive collaborations with numerous world-renowned musicians and artists who have broadened his artistic reach.
