Jordi Cruz Books
Jordi Cruz Mas is a Spanish chef whose culinary artistry has earned him a total of four Michelin stars. He began his formal training at the Superior School of Hospitality in Manresa, Barcelona. At the young age of 14, he started his professional journey at the restaurant Estany Clar in Cercs, where, in November 2004, he received his first Michelin star. At 24, he became the youngest chef in Spain, and the second youngest globally, to achieve this distinction, marking him as a prominent rising star in the Spanish culinary landscape.
