This Master's Thesis investigates the performance of various exterior envelopes for Passive Houses in very cold climates, focusing on North American and Scandinavian designs. Eight envelope types were tested using software analyses to ensure they meet energy efficiency and thermal bridging requirements, demonstrating their viability in harsh conditions.
