Focusing on the impact of business ethics education in Ghanaian higher institutions, this research assesses how teaching and practicing ethics affect graduate performance. Using a mixed-method approach at a private university, the study analyzes data with SPSS software, revealing a positive correlation between quality ethics education and graduate outcomes. Additionally, it suggests that other factors also play a significant role in performance. The study advocates for stricter monitoring of ethical standards and encourages further exploration of other influencing factors.

Focusing on the impact of training and development on employee performance, this study analyzes selected hospitals in Ghana. It identifies various training programs, such as ICT, leadership, and communication skills, and reveals a significant positive relationship between these programs and employee performance. Key influencing factors include financial resources, productivity enhancement needs, existing policies, and management commitment. The study emphasizes the importance of consistently allocating appropriate budgets for effective training and development initiatives.
