A Study on the Practice of Distributive Leadership

Focusing on the assessment of distributive leadership, this study examines secondary schools in Debre Markos Town, Amhara Region. Utilizing a descriptive survey research design, it combines qualitative and quantitative methods, gathering data from 106 teachers and 3 principals through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. Participants were selected via random and purposive sampling techniques. The quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS version 20, employing a one-sample t-test to evaluate mean score differences and test hypotheses.
