E-Learning Programme for Digital Empowerment of University Student

Focusing on digital empowerment, this study developed an e-learning program tailored for university students in South-East Nigeria. It aimed to establish program objectives, content, instructional methods, learning experiences, and evaluation activities. A draft of the program was validated by a group of thirteen experts. Recommendations include government support for the program's implementation, regular up-skilling for computer lecturers, and ensuring adequate resources for effective instructional delivery.
