This thesis is the first extensive photometric and spectroscopic survey of star clusters in the nearby late-spiral galaxy M33, a key example of dwarf spiral galaxies. It aims to understand M33's formation and evolution, presenting a comprehensive catalog of star clusters and concluding that M31 has likely influenced M33's evolution.
