J. Newton Brown Books

John Newton Brown was an influential 19th-century Baptist thinker whose impact extended beyond theological circles. As an editor and publisher, he was instrumental in bringing significant works of the era to fruition. His intellectual depth was further showcased as a co-author of the 1833 New Hampshire Confession of Faith, a more moderate articulation of Calvinistic Baptist beliefs that found widespread acceptance in the northern United States.
