John Mason Clarke

    John Mason Clarke was an American teacher, geologist, and paleontologist. His early research focused on arthropods, and he also dedicated himself to studying Upper Devonian rocks. Clarke maintained a lifelong association with the New York State Museum of Natural History, contributing significantly to paleontology.
