Studious Eleanor cant join in with sports at school, her arthritis is too bad. And her classmates arent very understanding! But theres no time for her to get too down with the Medikidz around. They take her on a trip round Mediland, and teach her all the basic facts about JIA why her joints so are important and whats wrong with her out-of-control immune system army!

Sarah is out shopping with her friends when she needs the toilet (and quick!). She is so embarrassed, and is starting to give up on living a normal life. Maybe she'll have to camp out in the bathroom forever! Fortunately, the Medikidz are on alert and whisk Sarah off on a trip to Mediland to tell her more about Ulcerative Colitis.
