Joseph Cundall Books

Joseph Cundall was a Victorian English writer who, under the pseudonym "Stephen Percy", served as a London publisher of children's books. He was also a pioneer of photography. In his publishing endeavors, he provided employment for many of the best artists of the day by utilizing them as illustrators.
