Earnest Albert Hooton

An American physical anthropologist, this author is known for his work on racial classification. His research included a focus on the anatomy of the African American population, notably through his involvement with the Committee on the Negro. In 1943, he advocated for breeding practices aimed at removing what he perceived as a "war strain" from the German people.
