When Chief Ocean Shark is murdered after asking Gabriel Paterlini to help in the Patapontauk tribe's quest to open a casino on their reservation, the chief's son, Jeff, takes on the quest with the help of the three Paterlini brothers. Meanwhle, the head of a global industrial business, IHMC, is trying to capture the casino market in New York with the help of the Mafia, the governor of New York, and two United States senators. Obviously, the Paterlinis and the chief's son are up against almost insurmountable odds.
