Ellen Hardin Walworth Book order

This author, lawyer, and activist was a passionate advocate for the importance of studying history and historic preservation. She was one of the founders of the Daughters of the American Revolution and its first secretary general, as well as the first editor of their official magazine. Through her speeches, she championed the establishment of the U.S. National Archives and actively supported women's suffrage, including through her service on a local board of education.
